Watching temperature with pcmeasurepcmeasure.com (english) / messpc.de (german) is a modular, low cost system for measuring environment variables such as temperature, humidity, and so on. A complete system consists of at least one sensor, an adapter (seriell, parallel) and software, or, instead of using software plus adapter, there is a standalone ethernet box available. For more information please see the related websites. The Nagios plugin check_pcmeasure.pl gets the current value from one sensor and returns the appropriate status, if you specify warning and critical levels (upper and/or lower levels possible). Optionally, you can write the values to a Round Robin Database (see www.rrdtool.org). Since version 1.6, check_pcmeasure.pl can create the Round Robin Database for you. For help on check_pcmeasure.pl use 'check_pcmeasure.pl -h' or 'perldoc check_pcmeasure.pl'. Attention: version 1.6 is buggy, please upgrade to 1.7 Plugin check_pcmeasure.pl
